CPA40 series meltblown nonwoven fabrics are suitable for making skin care sheet mask fabrics, which belong to the series of colored non-woven fabrics. The meltblown nonwoven process is to use high-speed hot air to draw the thin stream of polymer melt extruded from the spinneret hole of the die. Thereby, ultra-fine fibers are formed and condensed on the condensing screen or roller, and self-bonded And become nonwoven fabrics. Fibers of 0.4~0.6Dtex are produced by ultra-fine die nozzles for fabric formation. Microfiber meltblown fabric has good filtering, shielding, thermal insulation and oil absorption. Oil absorbing materials and wiping fabrics and other fields. The fabric weight of CPA40 product is 40gsm, and the ultra-fine fiber structure makes the film fabric density higher and the fiber capacity per square fabric surface larger. In this way, the mask fabric under this process can be soft and has high adhesion, it is not easy to slip off when used, and it can retain 4 times the essence of ordinary mask fabric, so that consumers can feel the texture of thin, soft and skin-friendly.
