What's difference between Cupro fiber facial sheet mask fabric and Lyocell fiber facial sheet mask
Cupro fiber is one kind of regenerated cellulose fiber. It’s made through following processes: dissolving a natural cellulose raw material such as cotton linters in a concentrated ammonia solution of cupro hyd-roxideor an alkaline copper salt to form a spinning solution, and decomposing the cellulose of the copper ammonia cellulose in the coagulation bath to regenerate the cellulose; the resulting hydrated cellulose is post-processed to obtain cupro fibers. The only one in the world that produces cupro fiber is Japan Asahi Kasei Corporation.
Lyocell fiber, according to BISFA (The International Bureau Of Standardization Of Man-Made Fibers), as long as the cellulose fiber obtained by the organic solvent spinning process can be called Lyocell
The facial sheet mask fabric made of copper ammonia fiber is soft and shiny, and has a silky feel. Compared with Lyocell fiber, it has excellent applicator performance, good hygroscopicity and great drape. At the same time, the time of water-trapping is significantly longer than Lyocell fiber has. Besides, the cupro fiber mask fibric performs more transparent and invisible than Lyocell fiber does.
Proyons keeps importing cupro fiber from Asahi Kasei, Japan for a long time, which is widely used in all products we produce. Series of Proyons mask substrates, fabric strength, uniformity, water absorption, transparency and applicability perform better than same type of products in this industry.
Cupro fiber is cotton pulp fiber. And tencel fiber(Lyocell fiber) is wood pulp fiber.Accordingly, the essence of cupro fiber is softer than the tencel fiber(Lyocell fiber). It has affinity more to skin. At the same time, cupro fiber of water absorption performance and transparency is also better. Of course, there are cupro fiber made of spunlaced non-woven fabric (mask cloth) prices are also higher.
